From the Desk of Mike Loring......
This is what I call extortion ware. The latest versions I have run into hide very well. In some cases they have blocked access to "Task Manager", "Msconfig", "Regedit", and even "Control Panel" in both regular & safe mode. The only cure has been to scrub & reload. Which brings up everybody's favorite work BACKUP. So read & heed.
